Mozio is a global ground transportation platform that connects travelers with local providers to book airport transfers and rides. It powers mobility solutions for partners like Booking.com, TUI, Hertz, and Despegar.com through a network of drivers, providers, and travel agents.
As Senior Product Designer at Mozio, I lead the design of our driver mobile app and provider dashboard, ensuring each product meets users' needs in different operational contexts. I also direct company-wide user research, working cross-functionally to run usability tests, user interviews, surveys, and data analysis that informed strategic product decisions.

Driver app
The driver app helps airport transfer drivers manage their rides on the go. I designed the app to improve visibility into upcoming assignments, streamline ride status updates, and enhance communication between drivers and passengers. As a result, we significantly increased mobile usage and tracking reliability.
Provider dashboard
The provider dashboard is a B2B platform used by local transport providers to manage their services and bookings, assign rides, and monitor performance. I led the redesign of core workflows to reduce operational errors, clarify pricing mechanisms, and support better decision-making. I also ran a series of interviews and surveys with providers to uncover pain points and ensure our solutions fit within their internal tools and processes. Our changes simplified ride management and helped providers align better with Mozio’s standards of service.
